Leonard was born on the 17 Sep 1895 in Paddington, the son of James Robins, a Commission Agent (1911 census), and Alice Eleanor (nee Wool). He married Florence Mary FOAN on the 14 Apr 1923 at St. Pauls Battersea. He died on the 11 Nov 1965 at Runnymeade, 79 Brook Lane, Warsash, Fareham, Hants.
