on 08 March 1919

Son of John Alford Collins, of 30, Frewn Rd., Wandsworth Common, London, and the late Alice Collins.

Remembered with honour Morden Cemetery. Grave Ref. G. 6505.

The cemetery, in the North West corner of Morden Parish, is South of Raynes Park Station and East of Motspur Park Station. 
A Cross of Sacrifice is erected near the chapels in the middle of the cemetery and a Screen Wall records the names of those graves which are not marked by a headstone.
